Position Details

• Employment Type: Full-Time Position
• Education Requirement: Matric Certificate
• Experience Level: Entry Level (6 months retail experience preferred)
• Location: Boksburg, Gauteng
• Department: Retail Sales & Customer Service

Role Purpose

Deliver exceptional customer experiences that drive sales growth and build customer loyalty.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding in-store customer service
• Maintain attractive product displays and promotions
• Process sales transactions efficiently
• Advise customers on product selection and features
• Monitor inventory levels and report stock needs
• Participate in regular stock counts
• Maintain store cleanliness and visual standards

Required Skills

• Basic merchandising skills
• Ability to work retail shifts
