Key Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with Occupational Health and Safety regulations
- Develop and implement safety procedures (SOPs)
- Conduct safety training and facility inductions
- Perform risk assessments and safety audits
- Lead regional safety committee meetings
- Manage workplace injury reports and claims
- Prepare monthly safety reports and communications
Requirements
- Relevant safety management qualification
- 2+ years practical SHEQ experience
- Strong knowledge of H&S legislation
- Proficient in MS Office applications
- Valid driver’s license
- Excellent reporting skills
