Key Requirements
- 3-4 year teaching qualification with SACE registration
- 5 years’ teaching experience in relevant subject
- Specialization in applied subject area
- Valid driver’s license (Code 08)
- Head of Department experience preferred
Core Responsibilities
- Lead curriculum implementation for assigned subjects
- Develop teaching materials (lesson plans, workbooks, assessments)
- Provide teacher training and professional development
- Coordinate stakeholder partnerships in education
- Ensure compliance with educational policies
- Manage curriculum-related projects and reporting
Essential Skills
- Strong curriculum interpretation abilities
- Effective communication across all levels
- Project management expertise
- Research and material development skills
- Knowledge of educational technology tools
