Minimum Requirements
- 3-4 year teaching qualification with SACE registration
- 5+ years classroom experience in education sector
- Specialization in Mathematics Literacy
- Valid driver’s license (Code 8)
- Preferred: Experience as Head of Department
Key Responsibilities
- Lead curriculum implementation for Mathematics Literacy
- Develop teaching materials (lesson plans, workbooks)
- Conduct teacher training programs
- Manage educational projects and stakeholder partnerships
- Analyze curriculum policies for improvement strategies
- Monitor teaching quality and learning outcomes
Essential Competencies
- Expertise in Mathematics Literacy instruction
- Curriculum development experience
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Proficiency in education legislation/policy
- Data analysis and reporting capabilities
