Curriculum Services Specialist (FET & GET-EMS Grades 7-9)

Key Details

• Employment Type: Full-time Position
• Education Requirements:
  – Bachelor’s Degree/Higher National Certificate
  – SACE Professional Registration
  – Specialization in Relevant Subject Field
• Experience: Minimum 5 years in education sector
• Location: Eastern Cape Province
• Driver’s License: Valid Code 08 Required

Core Responsibilities

• Lead curriculum implementation for Grades 7-9 EMS subjects
• Develop teaching materials including lesson plans and workbooks
• Conduct teacher training programs and workshops
• Manage educational projects and stakeholder partnerships
• Ensure compliance with national education policies
• Analyze curriculum performance data and recommend improvements

Required Competencies

• Proven curriculum development experience
• Strong understanding of South African education policies
• Effective communication across all organizational levels
• Experience in resource selection and allocation
• Leadership experience (HOD background preferred)
