Job Details

- Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree/Higher National Certificate (With teaching certification)
- Experience: Minimum 5 years in education
- Location: Eastern Cape Province
- Focus Areas: STEM Education, Curriculum Development
Essential Requirements
- Valid SACE registration as professional educator
- Degree with specialization in Natural Sciences/Technology
- Experience in head of department roles (advantageous)
- Valid driver’s license (Code 8)
- Comprehensive knowledge of current education policies
Core Responsibilities
- Develop and implement curriculum materials including lesson plans and assessments
- Conduct teacher training programs and workshops
- Coordinate curriculum implementation across school networks
- Monitor educational outcomes and recommend improvements
- Manage stakeholder partnerships for curriculum support
Key Competencies
- Strong project management capabilities
- Proven ability in educational resource development
- Data analysis and reporting skills
- Effective communication across all organizational levels
