Experience Required: 5+ years teaching experience

Essential Qualifications
- Specialization in Business Studies & Economics education
- Valid driver’s license (Code 8)
- Proven leadership experience (Department Head role preferred)
Core Responsibilities
- Develop curriculum frameworks for Senior & Junior Phase levels
- Create instructional materials including lesson plans and learner resources
- Conduct teacher training programs and workshops
- Collaborate with educational stakeholders on curriculum implementation
- Monitor teaching standards and recommend improvement strategies
- Manage subject-related projects and policy compliance
