Core Requirements

  • Proven experience implementing IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL) environments
  • Technical knowledge of Dell systems and VMware technologies
  • Experience with disaster recovery solutions
  • Understanding of hardware/software development cycles

Key Responsibilities

Service Delivery Management

  • Oversee ICT support operations and service level agreements
  • Implement service improvement methodologies
  • Manage incident resolution processes
  • Monitor external service provider performance

Stakeholder Relations

  • Develop customer service strategies
  • Conduct stakeholder needs assessments
  • Manage communication protocols

Compliance & Reporting

  • Produce performance analytics and trend reports
  • Maintain audit compliance documentation
  • Update ICT policies and asset registers

Technology Management

  • Maintain server/storage infrastructure
  • Coordinate asset lifecycle management
  • Research emerging technologies
