Key Responsibilities

Provide professional operational and technical support in executing service and experience delivery to customers and stakeholders.

Main Activities

  • Ensure that the best administrative practices are always followed when conducting administration to maintain stock control and ordering processes. This helps ensure customers have a low-effort experience.
  • Follow all reasonable requests from management.
  • Comply with company procedures, including health and safety.
  • Assist with operational and execution support activities, such as:
    • Doing electronic or manual Vehicle Inspection Certificates (VICs).
    • Vehicle pre- and post-inspections.
    • Chip repairs as appropriate.
    • General administration, filing, sorting paperwork, and invoicing.
    • Answering phone calls, welcoming customers, and attending to office duties.
    • Activities that support exceptional customer experience.
    • Continuous learning and development.

Autoglass Fitments

  • Contribute to maintaining the highest level of PG Glass Fitment Centre standards during the fitting of automotive glass.
  • Support experienced team members to learn skills and gain experience in practical tasks.

Qualifications, Knowledge, Experience, and Competencies

Qualifications

  • Further Education and Training (FET) / Technical Vocational Education and Training (TVET) qualification.

Knowledge and Experience

  • Knowledge of Low Effort Customer Experience (LEX) and/or customer experience/journey.
  • Previous work experience in customer and/or service environments is advantageous.
  • A strong focus on customer service.
  • Technical knowledge and experience in chip repairs and/or autoglass fitments.

Skills

  • Verbal and written literacy: Ability to read, write, and converse in English.
  • Numeric literacy.
  • Ability to use various products, tools, and smart devices.
