- National Diploma/Certificate (NQF6) in IT/Computer Science + 3-4 years’ IT experience
- OR Matric + Relevant Certifications + 4 years’ IT experience
- Essential Certifications: Microsoft SCCM/Intune, Windows Server/Workstation, A+/MCSA/MCSE
- Technical Expertise: Azure, MDM, OS Deployment, Driver Management
Core Responsibilities
- Manage SCCM/Intune infrastructure and deployments
- Conduct system updates and troubleshoot technical issues
- Develop technical documentation and training materials
- Implement security patches and software updates
- Collaborate on IT improvement projects
- Maintain compliance with service level agreements
