Core Responsibilities

  • Maintain and update internal communication platforms (intranet, newsletters, digital boards)
  • Supervise switchboard operations and personnel
  • Support internal events and multimedia projects (photography/video documentation)
  • Handle administrative tasks including reporting, logistics coordination, and performance tracking
