Job Purpose

To monitor and oversee the provision of acquisition management services.

Requirements

  • Matric Certificate
  • Diploma or Degree (NQF Level 6) in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Purchasing Management, Public Management, Business Administration, Public Finance, Accounting, or Financial Management, as recognized by SAQA
  • At least 3 years of relevant experience in supply chain management
  • Certificates in BAS and LOGIS
  • A valid driver’s license

Duties

  • Review the administration of the tender bid process
  • Provide administrative support for bid committees
  • Analyze the process for open and closed quotations
  • Review and update approved service providers on the central supplier database
  • Maintain and update registers for requests and quotations
