Requirements
- Grade 12 certificate essential
- National Diploma/Bachelor’s in Finance/Accounting (NQF 6/7)
- 2 years’ experience in remuneration administration
- Proficiency in PERSAL and BAS systems
Key Responsibilities
Payroll Management
- Process payroll transactions accurately
- Prepare monthly financial reports
- Maintain compliance with financial regulations
Debtors Administration
- Manage departmental debt recovery
- Reconcile accounts monthly
- Process debt write-offs as needed
Employee Benefits Administration
- Process travel claims and advances
- Manage employee termination processes
- Handle tax deductions for contractors
Financial Control
- Reconcile suspense accounts
- Ensure timely account settlements
- Maintain audit-ready records
