Position Details
- Employment Type: Full-Time
- Education Requirements: National Diploma/Degree in Supply Chain Management or equivalent qualification (NQF Level 5+)
- Experience Needed: 3-5 years in procurement/supply chain
- Location: Centurion, Gauteng
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and manage bid documentation
- Coordinate tender evaluation processes
- Manage procurement processes for quotations below tender threshold
- Maintain stakeholder communication throughout procurement cycles
- Provide operational support across supply chain functions
- Address internal and external procurement inquiries
Essential Requirements
- Working knowledge of key regulations:
- Public Financial Management Act
- Preferential Procurement Policy Framework Act
- B-BBEE Compliance Standards
- National Treasury Guidelines
- Proficiency in supply chain management systems
- Strong administrative and organizational skills
