- Conduct international research and benchmarking studies
- Develop future-focused technology reports
- Design prototypes and validate solutions through testing
- Manage innovation governance frameworks
Solution Development
- Create modernization strategies (5-10 year roadmap)
- Collaborate on technical designs and business cases
- Monitor solution implementation and benefits tracking
Cross-Functional Leadership
- Implement governance and compliance protocols
- Manage stakeholder relationships across departments
- Optimize financial controls and resource allocation
- Promote service excellence culture
