Core Requirements
- Proven track record in labor dispute resolution and organizational development
- Valid driver’s license
- Expertise in collective bargaining agreements and employment regulations
Primary Responsibilities
- Manage disciplinary procedures and grievance resolutions
- Represent the municipality in labor conciliation/arbitration cases
- Develop training programs for management on labor relations
- Monitor and report on labor relations activities
- Collaborate with key labor stakeholders and unions
- Advise on risk management and governance compliance
