Senior Software Tester Opportunity – South African Revenue Service (SARS)

Position Details:

• Location: Pretoria, Gauteng
• Employment Type: Full-Time
• Experience: 2-5 years software testing experience
• Minimum Education:
  • NQF 6 Qualification + 2-3 years’ relevant experience, OR
  • Matric Certificate + 5 years’ relevant experience

Core Responsibilities:

• Execute functional and system test cases across multiple complexity levels
• Conduct compatibility testing across software versions and platforms
• Manage defect identification and reporting using QC standards
• Participate in full testing lifecycle (Unit/System/Regression/Integration)
• Maintain compliance with organizational policies and testing standards

Technical Requirements:

• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and HP Quality Center
• Knowledge of software metrics and quality management systems
• Understanding of agile development environments
