Essential Requirements
- National Diploma/NQF Level 5-6 in Technical Field or Power Plant Process Control
- Valid Section 29/26 Boiler Operation Certificate (advantageous)
- 5+ years power plant operations experience

Plant Safety Regulations • Process Control Systems • Risk Analysis • Emergency Procedures
Leadership Skills:
Team Supervision • Staff Coaching • Incident Investigation • Workflow Coordination
Core Responsibilities
- Manage shift operations and safety protocols
- Supervise control room activities and personnel
- Enforce permit-to-work systems
- Coordinate maintenance & emergency responses
- Ensure compliance with operational standards
