Job Purpose
To monitor and oversee the provision of municipal roads and storm water services.
Requirements
- Matric Certificate
- Diploma or Degree (NQF Level 6) in Civil Engineering, Project Management, Water Engineering, Transport Engineering, Construction Science, or Construction Management, recognized by SAQA
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in the built environment, project management, roads, or storm water
- A valid driver’s license

Duties
- Provide technical support for municipal road and storm water infrastructure planning and development
- Review the implementation of paved and gravel road maintenance plans
- Review the implementation of storm water drainage maintenance plans
- Review the implementation of emergency intervention plans
- Maintain a register of storm water drainage incidents and projects
- Review the implementation of flood risk management plans
