Key Responsibilities
- Design and manage field research trials
- Supervise data collection, analysis, and reporting
- Optimize resource allocation for research activities
- Coordinate crop production services with center management
- Develop training materials for farmers/extension officers
- Ensure compliance with health/safety protocols
- Contribute to research publications and innovations
Requirements
- Advanced degree in relevant agricultural discipline
- Proven experience in field trial management
- Expertise in soil management and pest control
- Proficiency in data analysis software
- Valid driver’s license
- Professional registration (advantageous)
