Key Responsibilities
Witness Protection Operations
- Supervise witness admission processes and documentation verification
- Coordinate emergency evacuations from high-risk areas
- Oversee safe house management and security assessments
Operational Management
- Manage protection assets, fleet, and firearms inventory
- Prepare operational reports and compliance documentation
- Maintain inter-agency collaboration with legal stakeholders
Team Leadership
- Conduct performance evaluations and personnel management
- Handle disciplinary matters per labor regulations
- Ensure team compliance with safety protocols
