Position Requirements
Senior Professional Officer
- BCom in Finance/Accounting or equivalent qualification
- 5-8 years’ experience with 2 years supervisory experience
- Expertise in budget management, financial analysis, and compliance
- Advanced Excel skills and SAP knowledge preferred
- Valid driver’s license and local travel capability
Professional Officer
- 3-year tertiary qualification in relevant field
- 3-5 years’ corporate governance experience
- Strong legislative interpretation skills
- Valid driver’s license and physical mobility
Key Responsibilities
Senior Professional Officer
- Oversee CID budget development and financial sustainability
- Ensure compliance with municipal finance regulations
- Lead financial reporting and debt management initiatives
Professional Officer
- Support budget preparation and financial oversight
- Maintain compliance documentation and records
- Assist with community financial engagement
