Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree/BTech in Property Management or Law
- Valid South African driver’s license
- 5+ years’ experience in property management or legal administration
- Proficiency in SAP Real Estate Module (advantageous)
- Strong computer literacy
Core Responsibilities
- Manage full leasing cycle from application processing to contract execution
- Prepare and review legal documentation for property transactions
- Lead negotiations for commercial lease agreements
- Supervise leasing team members and quality control processes
- Provide expert guidance on municipal property matters
- Collaborate across departments for strategic property utilization
Operational Requirements
- Availability for emergency call-outs
- Ability to conduct field inspections
- Willingness to attend after-hours meetings
