Requirements
- Degree/BTech in Occupational Health & Safety, Quality Management, or Business Improvement
- OHS professional registration (advantageous)
- 5-8 years’ experience implementing SHRQ systems
- Water/sanitation operations experience preferred
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
- Physically capable of field work
Key Responsibilities
- Manage SHREQ compliance programs and continuous improvement
- Ensure adherence to OHS Act and related regulations
- Represent the Branch in strategic meetings
- Coordinate risk management and PPE compliance
- Analyze business processes for optimization
- Develop performance metrics and SLAs
- Conduct customer satisfaction analysis
- Lead ISO 9001 audits and compliance checks
