Position Details

Required Qualifications
- 3-year tertiary qualification (Degree preferred)
- Proficiency in SAP systems
- Advanced computer literacy
- Experience with Power BI or similar analytics tools
- Valid EB driver’s license
Key Responsibilities
- Manage technical support for Facilities Management systems
- Oversee data product portfolio including dashboards and reports
- Maintain FMES system availability during business hours
- Resolve system defects and technical escalations
- Provide IT advisory services and system development support
- Coordinate supplier contracts for IT services
