Senior Professional Officer – Contract Performance & Adherence

Cape Town, South Africa’s legislative capital and economic hub, seeks a qualified professional to join our Public Transport team. We prioritize efficient service delivery and strategic contract management in service of our community.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Law, Commerce, or Finance
  • 5+ years’ contract management experience
  • Experience managing high-value strategic contracts
  • Knowledge of contract systems & frameworks
  • Proficiency in MS Office & SAP
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Project management experience (advantageous)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop contract administration systems compliant with regulations
  • Oversee public transport contract design processes
  • Manage records for all transportation contracts
  • Lead implementation of interoperable contract systems
  • Facilitate interdepartmental communication
