Position Overview

Operational leadership role maintaining water treatment systems across our 12,369km network servicing 1.6 billion liter daily capacity.

Core Responsibilities

• Conduct daily equipment inspections and chemical inventory checks
• Coordinate maintenance interventions and staff allocations
• Monitor plant operations using digital tracking systems
• Supervise technical teams in pipe/tank maintenance procedures
• Support sludge management and digestion processes

Candidate Requirements

Education & Experience Pathways:

• 15+ Years Experience:
  • Grade 11/NTC II + Operators Certificate/Wastewater NQF 3
• 8+ Years Experience:
  • Matric/NTC III + N3 Wastewater Treatment/NQF 4
• 5+ Years Experience:
  • Wastewater NQF 5 Qualification
• 2+ Years Experience:
  • National Diploma in Water Sciences/Chemical Engineering
• Recent Graduates:
  • BSc/BTech in Chemical Engineering/Water Sciences
