About the Role:

We seek two qualified trainers to enhance digital capabilities within our law enforcement community. This role focuses on delivering critical training programs to SIU staff and partner agencies across South Africa and SADC regions.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Develop and conduct training programs on:
    – Microsoft Office Suite (advanced)
    – Digital investigation techniques
    – Open-source intelligence methods
    – Cyber investigation protocols
  • Create and update training materials (manuals, digital resources, video tutorials)
  • Maintain learning management systems and SETA compliance records
  • Provide individualized coaching and post-training support
  • Collaborate with IT teams on system integration
  • Monitor training effectiveness through evaluations
  • Research emerging trends in digital forensics and office technologies

Essential Requirements:

  • NQF Level 6/7 Certification in Cybersecurity or related field
  • 3+ years’ experience in:
    – Conducting digital investigations training
    – Adult education principles
    – Instructional design
  • Proven track record in law enforcement training environments
