The Special Investigating Unit (SIU) is an independent statutory body established under the Special Investigating Units and Special Tribunals Act (No. 74 of 1996). Our mandate focuses on investigating corruption, malpractice, and maladministration in state institutions.
Position Summary
Maintain accreditation and compliance standards for the SIU Anti-Corruption and Cyber Academy through strategic oversight of curriculum development and quality assurance processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage accreditation processes and ensure regulatory compliance
- Maintain Quality Management System (QMS) standards
- Facilitate curriculum development with internal/external stakeholders
- Coordinate assessment center operations and qualification registration
- Oversee evaluation processes (FISA/EISA assessments)
- Manage relationships with SETA and subject matter experts
Qualifications & Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree (NQF 7) in HR/Business Management (Master’s preferred)
- Certifications: ISO 9001:2015, SETA Assessor/Moderator registration
- Experience: 5+ years in curriculum development and learning design
- Location: Gauteng
- Contract Type: Fixed-term (24 months)
