Requirements

  • A relevant 3-year tertiary qualification in any Built Environment discipline
  • Minimum of 5 years relevant experience at an appropriate level
  • Knowledge of the implementation of National Building Regulations and SANS standards and requirements
  • Computer literacy in MS Office applications
  • A valid Code B/EB driver’s licence

Key Performance Areas

  • Process building development applications
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations, requirements, and laws
  • Perform administration duties
  • Liaise with internal and external parties
