Key Performance Areas

  • Provide human resource provisioning.
  • Provide conditions of service.
  • Provide human resource planning.
  • Supervise subordinates and utilize resources (human and physical) in accordance with relevant directives and legislation.

Requirements

  • Grade 12 plus an appropriate NQF level 6 qualification in Human Resource Management / Public Management / Administration or a relevant equivalent qualification as recognized by SAQA.
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Human Resource Management.
  • PERSAL training Certificate.

Knowledge, Competencies, and Skills

  • Knowledge of Public Service Regulations, Public Service Act, and EEA.
  • Report writing.
  • Communication skills.
  • Knowledge of PERSAL.
