Minimum Requirements:
- Grade 12/NQF Level 4 certificate
- National Diploma in Labour Relations/Human Resources (NQF Level 6)
- 3 years’ experience in labour relations
- Valid RSA/Military driver’s license
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Labour Relations/HR (NQF Level 7)
- Experience conducting disciplinary hearings
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage disciplinary cases including investigations, hearings, and liaison with stakeholders
- Address employee grievances through registration, resolution, and reporting
- Provide guidance on labour relations policies and procedures
- Coordinate training sessions on workplace conduct
- Implement anti-criminality initiatives and compliance measures
- Supervise administrative functions including document management and team coordination
