Minimum Requirements:

  • Grade 12/NQF Level 4 certificate
  • National Diploma in Labour Relations/Human Resources (NQF Level 6)
  • 3 years’ experience in labour relations
  • Valid RSA/Military driver’s license

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Labour Relations/HR (NQF Level 7)
  • Experience conducting disciplinary hearings

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage disciplinary cases including investigations, hearings, and liaison with stakeholders
  • Address employee grievances through registration, resolution, and reporting
  • Provide guidance on labour relations policies and procedures
  • Coordinate training sessions on workplace conduct
  • Implement anti-criminality initiatives and compliance measures
  • Supervise administrative functions including document management and team coordination
