Position Requirements
Essential Qualifications:
- Senior Certificate (Matric) or equivalent qualification
- Working knowledge of PERSAL system
- Understanding of relevant HR policies & legislation
Key Competencies:
- Strong organizational & communication skills
- Computer literacy (MS Office applications)
- Ability to handle confidential information
- Team collaboration & independent work capability
Core Responsibilities
- Manage personnel administration (appointments, transfers, probation, terminations)
- Process leave benefits and pension documentation
- Maintain staff establishment records
- Handle salary structures for MMS/SMS employees
- Respond to HR policy inquiries
- Prepare official correspondence & circulars
