Position: Senior Officer: Trade Unions (SOTU)
📍 Location: Centurion, Gauteng

Minimum Requirements
- Diploma in Public Management/Administration/Law/Communications (Degree preferred)
- 3+ years public administration experience with team leadership roles
- Valid driver’s license
- Understanding of labor legislation and PSCBC procedures

- Strategic analysis & report writing
- Advanced stakeholder management
- Knowledge of POPI Act compliance
Primary Responsibilities
- Develop operational plans for Collective Bargaining Unit
- Implement trade union administration frameworks
- Manage team workflow and staff development
- Coordinate sector-wide stakeholder engagements
- Produce statistical reports and performance analytics
- Facilitate training programs for union representatives
