Senior Manager: Talent Management, OD & Transformation

Position Overview:

Lead strategic talent development and organizational transformation initiatives for South Africa’s largest metropolitan water utility serving 1.6 billion liters daily across Johannesburg.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Develop workforce strategies aligned with business objectives
  • Design leadership development programs and succession plans
  • Optimize organizational structure through job analysis and design
  • Drive diversity, equity and BBBEE compliance programs
  • Manage performance systems and learning culture development
  • Spearhead change management initiatives

Candidate Requirements:

Education: NQF 7 qualification in HR/Psychology/Business or related field
Experience: 8+ years HR experience (5+ in management)
Technical Skills: Talent management, organizational design, training development
Travel Requirement: Valid driver’s license
