Position Summary

Seeking an experienced technology leader to oversee risk management systems development and data operations. This senior role requires managing software engineering teams while driving system integration and AI implementation across tax administration platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead software development teams (C#, MVC, SQL Server, SSIS/SSRS)
• Design system integrations for improved risk detection and reporting
• Manage large-scale data operations across multiple tax domains
• Implement AI solutions to enhance operational efficiency
• Develop risk profiling systems and case selection tools
• Ensure data integrity and system security compliance

Requirements

Education:

• Honours Degree/Postgrad Diploma (NQF 8) in IT/Computer Science/Risk Management
• OR Bachelor’s Degree (NQF 7) with extended experience

Experience:

• 10-15 years in risk technology environment
• 3-4 years at management level
• Proven leadership of technical teams (20+ members)

Technical Skills:

• Enterprise system integration
• Big data management (SQL Server)
• Process automation
• AI/ML implementation
• Security clearance (GOC Secret-level data)
