Senior Manager (Development Planning Information)

Position Details

  • Employment Type: Full Time
  • Qualifications: National Certificate/Diploma/Degree in ICT or related field
  • Experience: 7-8 years (2-3 years at management level)
  • Location: Durban, KwaZulu-Natal
  • Department: Information & Communication Technology
  • License: Valid driver’s license required

Key Responsibilities

  • Align branch operations with municipal policies and objectives
  • Manage staff performance and resource allocation
  • Oversee budget planning and expenditure control
  • Analyze environmental data for urban planning
  • Implement ICT solutions for development planning
  • Develop efficient business processes
  • Coordinate reporting and administrative functions

Essential Requirements

  • NQF Level 6 qualification (Diploma) in ICT or related field
  • 7 years’ experience with 2 years in management

Preferred Qualifications

  • NQF Level 7 qualification (Degree) in ICT or related field
  • 8 years’ experience with 3 years in management
