Core Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to two academic departments and Dean’s office
- Coordinate office operations and document management
- Manage financial administration and research reporting
- Handle student and staff administration processes
- Organize schedules, travel arrangements, and events
- Facilitate interdepartmental communication
Essential Qualifications
Option 1:
– 3-year National Diploma (Office Admin/Management)
– 3+ years’ senior admin experience in Higher Education
Option 2:
– Grade 12 Certificate
– 5+ years’ senior admin experience in Higher Education
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant field
