Position Overview
We seek an experienced professional to manage complex debt cases in business rescue/liquidation scenarios. This role requires advanced financial analysis skills and expertise in legal debt recovery processes.
Key Responsibilities
Case Management:
- Analyze financial statements, business rescue plans, and liquidation accounts
- Process high-value debt cases within defined timelines
- Implement legal recovery procedures and monitor compliance
Operational Excellence:
- Identify process improvements and risk mitigation strategies
- Ensure adherence to tax regulations and organizational policies
- Prepare detailed reports for decision-making processes
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or Advanced Diploma (NQF7) in Accounting/LLB
- Experience: 5-10 years in debt management including 3+ years in legal debt collection
- Alternative: Matric + 10 years relevant experience (including 3+ years legal debt collection)
