Position Requirements
- LLB degree or equivalent qualification recognized by SAQA
- Eight years’ practical legal experience post-qualification

Key Responsibilities
- Provide legal opinions and advisory services to department leadership
- Manage litigation processes through State Attorney coordination
- Draft and review legal contracts and agreements
- Offer legal guidance to MEC, Head of Department, and staff
