Key Responsibilities
- Implement and maintain labour relations policies and procedures
- Ensure HR compliance with labor legislation and collective agreements
- Facilitate conflict resolution through mediation and arbitration processes
- Advise management on labor relations strategies and dispute resolution
- Represent the department in formal labor negotiations and hearings
- Manage team performance and professional development
Essential Requirements
- Valid South African driver’s license
- Comprehensive knowledge of labor legislation (LRA, BCEA, EEA)
- Proven experience in collective bargaining processes
- Strong conflict resolution and negotiation skills
