Key Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment processes including screening, shortlisting, and interview coordination
- Develop and maintain recruitment tracking systems and employment equity reporting
- Prepare appointment documentation and regulatory submissions
- Provide HR policy guidance to departmental managers
- Supervise HR staff and manage workload distribution
- Investigate and resolve human resource management issues
Candidate Requirements
- Proven experience in public sector recruitment processes
- Comprehensive knowledge of HR legislation and employment practices
- Strong report-writing and data management skills
- Leadership experience in team supervision
- Proficiency in HR administration systems
