Minimum Requirements:
- National Diploma/Degree in HR Management/Public Administration or equivalent
- 3-5 years’ HR experience in public sector environment
- Valid driver’s license
- Thorough knowledge of public service regulations and legislation
- Supervisory experience (advantageous)
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee pension administration and GEPF compliance
- Manage HR databases and employee records
- Lead recruitment processes from advertising to appointments
- Provide HR advisory services to management and staff
- Coordinate employee benefits and conditions of service
- Supervise and develop HR team members
- Ensure compliance with employment equity targets
