Requirements
Essential Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in HR Management/Industrial Psychology/Social Sciences (NQF 7)
- 8-10 years progressive HR experience
- Proven leadership in HR strategy and labor relations
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master’s Degree (NQF 8) in relevant field
- SABPP/HPCSA professional registration
- Public sector experience preferred
Key Responsibilities
- Develop strategic HR frameworks aligned with organizational goals
- Lead workforce transformation and diversity initiatives
- Manage full employee lifecycle processes
- Oversee performance management systems
- Ensure compliance with labor legislation and governance standards
- Manage HR budgets (PFMA/MFMA compliance)
- Lead industrial relations and dispute resolution
