Purpose of the Role

Lead high-impact investigations to protect SACAA’s assets, mitigate risks, and deliver exceptional forensic services through proactive fraud prevention and stakeholder collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

Investigative Excellence:

  • Conduct forensic investigations using approved methodologies
  • Manage evidence collection, witness interviews, and documentation
  • Prepare court-ready reports and represent SACAA in legal proceedings

Fraud Prevention:

  • Develop anti-fraud training programs and awareness campaigns
  • Maintain fraud risk registers and hotline reporting systems
  • Advise departments on fraud detection and prevention strategies

Stakeholder Engagement:

  • Collaborate with law enforcement and legal teams
  • Provide clear progress updates to internal stakeholders
  • Support internal audit functions as required

Requirements

Essential:

  • NDip/National Certificate (NQF 6) in Forensic/Police Studies + CFE
  • 6+ years investigative experience in corporate/financial crime
  • Proven track record in evidence handling and legal processes

Preferred:

  • Bachelor’s Degree (NQF 7) in Forensic Investigation or related field
  • Experience in aviation or government sectors
