Primary Responsibilities
Executive Support
- Manage executive schedules and travel arrangements
- Prepare confidential documents and reports
- Coordinate high-level meetings and follow-up actions
Office Management
- Oversee daily office operations
- Maintain document control systems
- Coordinate VIP visits and events
Financial Administration
- Process procurement requests
- Monitor budget expenditures
- Prepare financial reports
Essential Requirements
- National Diploma in relevant field
- 2 years’ administrative experience
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills
- Exceptional organizational abilities
Preferred Skills
- Experience with financial systems (PeopleSoft/Oracle)
- Understanding of university governance structures
- Strong diplomatic communication skills
