Requirements
Essential Qualifications:
- NQF Level 4 Trade Certificate in Electrical Engineering (Light/Heavy Current)
Key Competencies:
- Practical knowledge of HV plant operations and maintenance protocols
- Proficiency in safety regulations (OHS Act & ORHVS)
- Strong organizational and technical troubleshooting skills
- Effective communication and team leadership abilities
Core Responsibilities
- Execute maintenance and repair operations for high-voltage equipment
- Provide technical support and emergency response for plant operations
- Mentor junior technical staff and ensure safety compliance
- Maintain accurate equipment records and documentation
