Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical consulting, investigation, and support services to customers.
  • Produce and integrate asset creation engineering solutions and designs.
  • Develop discipline-specific philosophies, technical standards, procedures, and work practices.
  • Provide input into discipline-specific roadmaps.
  • Conduct research on new technologies in the discipline.
  • Manage and conduct product, equipment, material, service development, and technical change management.
  • Participate in national and international technical forums.
  • Contribute to the development of engineers in specified disciplines.

Minimum Requirements

Qualifications:
  • BSc or BEng in Engineering at NQF8 with 480 credits.
  • Registration with the Engineering Council of South Africa (ECSA) as a professional engineer.
Experience:
  • At least 4 years of related technical experience in engineering technologies.
