Core Responsibilities
- Lead development and implementation of enterprise solutions using:
- Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI)
- Dataverse cloud services
- Integration with HEINEKEN data ecosystem
- Design secure automation architectures meeting global security standards
- Collaborate with business units on digital transformation initiatives
- Manage full development lifecycle from prototyping to production deployment
- Mentor junior developers and conduct technical training sessions
Technical Requirements
- 3-5 years Power Platform development experience
- Certification in PL-200/300/400 series or equivalent
- Database design expertise (MS SQL, Dataverse, SharePoint)
- Process automation tools experience (UiPath preferred)
- Agile development methodology proficiency
Desired Skills
- Python scripting capabilities
- Azure DevOps pipeline management
- Experience with OCR/IDP platforms
- Process mining implementation knowledge
