Senior Customer Care Consultant

Position Summary:

Supervise customer service teams across contact centers and walk-in facilities while delivering quality public service.

Key Requirements:

  • Matric Certificate (Grade 12)
  • 2+ years customer service experience (call center/walk-in environment)
  • Supervisory experience advantageous
  • Computer proficiency (SAP systems knowledge preferred)
  • Willing to work across regional service centers
  • Clear criminal record verification required

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage customer care consultants and agents
  • Oversee operations in multiple service channels
  • Ensure quality public service delivery
